Have just finished restructuring WordPress Lessons and it is now open. Classes will start the beginning of May.

The format has changed and it is now 5 sections (the first of which you can get for free). The format has changed too.

The first session is about finding your profitable niche and developing your topic. The other 4 sessions will each have a separate question and answer session so that after you start applying the process you can ask any questions that come up.

Here are the other 4 topics:

• Setting up your blog
• Posting for the greatest effect
• Generating traffic
• Testing and tweaking

Lots going on this week. Personally, I have been writing about Profitable Blogging over at WordPress Made Easy and will be doing a free tele class on step 1 today at 2pm.

Bob “The Teacher” Jenkins released his latest product – Discover Free Mind – this week. There is a detailed post further down this blog but Free Mind is a free mind mapping software that I was already using but he has a few tricks that have made it even more valuable for me.

Joel Comm just released the latest version of Adsense Secrets and at a price about 10% of the previous version. Hmmm.

The podcast over at Amplification Marketing News discussed using an autoresponder. Steve and I are working hard to bring you actionable information that you can use. Leave your comments there and let us know how we are doing.

On a more personal note the weather here has finally become spring. The golf clubs have returned to the trunk and the golf swing (which was never great to start with) was absolutely ugly yesterday. The weather was gorgeous though and as always a bad day golfing beats my best day at work.

Rather than a blast from the past I wanted to make sure that you haven’t missed this. Randy Pausch is a professor at Carnegie Mellon University that is dying of pancreatic cancer.

This is his “Last Lecture” from there and it has some great rules to live by. It is a bit over an hour and I have watched it more than once. The rules for living as a Tigger and not an Eeyore along with his reasoning about brick walls is not to be missed.

I first saw this a few months back and ABC had a special about him this week which has brought this back into the news. Take the time to watch it or grab the book – Last Lecture.
