Boy it is August already. Hope you have been having a profitable summer.

This is a grerat time to get things ready for the “upsurge” when the people come back in September. I purposely put that in quotes because I really don’t see a downturn in the summer. Part of that is that this is a world wide market. Part of it is if you keep working you keep making.

It certainly hasn’t slowed down the various launches this summer and looking at the various JV notification lists that isn’t changing this month.

The good part of the launch frenzy is that there is a lot of good free content out there for you this week.

First on the list are some great videos about Squeeze Pages from James Grandstaff. There are 3 great videos there and he has more info coming. Squeeze pages are the key to building a sustainable business and something that is a stumbling block for a lot of people.

Marlon Sanders has a great video and a great podcast available on product promotion. You also get a chance to win $300 by commenting on Marlon’s blog. Marlon is one of the best promoters I have seen and has been doing it for years. You want to check these out.

Yesterday the 30 Day Challenge began and again there is a lot of good free information there for you. There are no promos during the 30 days and the quality of information is always excellent.

Now to the not free stuff.

I just changed and upgraded my site for the 7 Tips Book and added the latest newsletter in the member’s area. It covers the latest WordPress 2.6 review, 3 plugins I like and of course the ramblings I do each month. Logi in if you have previously purchased and get the latest newsletter.

Alex Syseof released his Expert WordPress site this week and it will allow you to add a new blog in 3 steps with all the plugins installed.
