Researching a niche
There are quite a few things you need to do once you find a niche you want to attack. They include…
- Who your target market is
- What affiliate products are available
- Find a good domain name
- Do the keyword research
- Get content ideas
- Create your marketing plan
- What PLR products are available for the topic
This can be a daunting task sometimes and it will involve at the minimum a few hours worth of work. To be truthful it can be a royal pain in the you know what but it is necessary unless you like shooting blind.
Now if you like just shooting blind there is no need to read any further and good luck. Been there, done that and it rarely works.
For those that would like to avoid the effort but still have the research you should check out the Niche Affiliate Research Packs from Suzanne Meyers.
She includes all of the above and even two different marketing plans – one for new marketers and one for advanced marketers. I have grabbed the pack she has on blogging and believe me I was extremely impressed.
Suzanne actually likes doing research and if her other packs are like her blogging packs she is very good at it. Currently she has three packs but will be adding more soon.

It looks like Suzanne has as a great idea here to provide this service. Like you said, I don’t think many of us like doing the research, so to find someone who does it great… a real time saver!
