One of the things that makes or breaks your business is a good web design. If your site does not look professional someone visits and immediately leaves.
It really doesn’t matter how good your content is if your site looks like something someone put together with tape and crayons. You know the type of site I mean.
My first web
site absolutely SUCKED! And that is being polite and it never got subscribers or many return visitors. It screamed NEWBIE.
Now there is nothing wrong with being new and we all start somewhere but having a decent looking web presence is extremely important.
One of the people I met at my very first offline seminar was Tim Whiston. We hit it off well and ended up creating a few products together.
Well Tim concentrated on web design and I went more into blogging but we still keep in touch.
