Even today after creating thousands of web pages I will occasionally get totally flustered when playing with table tags for web pages. Now a flustered old bald guy is not a pleasant picture.
Everyone tells marketers that use traffic exchanges to brand themselves and use splash pages instead of the normal affiliate page that promotes for the owner of the affiliate program. As a matter of fact I just put up an article on branding on my blog Saturday. You can read it below.
The problem is that to make a web page you either have to buy an expensive program, pay a designer, or learn HTML. I have done all of the above. For most people that can keep them from doing what they know they need to do to be successful.
The very first site I built took me a couple of weeks to put up and quite truthfully I could never get it to look quite right for almost two months. Talk about frustrating. This Old Bald Guy was livid at times and that is an even worse picture than a flustered old bald guy.
Well, I just finished reading the book I should have had 3 years ago. If I had this book then I would not have gotten even a little pissed let alone flustered. The step by step hands on approach makes all the idiosyncracies of HTML tags quite simple and almost make sense.
If you know that you need a web page and are just afraid to try or if you have been trying and are experiencing the flustered levels that I have or even outright livid take the time to check out this book.
If I had this when I started I might have a few more of those unfortunately missing hairs and would be the old almost bald guy instead of the old bald guy ;).
