Now I have been working for Jon and Pat since September and have been lucky enough to see the huge changes that have taken place. I have also been playing with Adsense sites and looking at various systems for a few years.
This is one of the better ones but like all systems they do take a bit of effort. The good thing is that it takes effort but very little learning time.
You don’t need to do the graphics and layout. You pick the template and get custom graphics for it.
You get a dead simple admin panel. To add pages just login and place your keyword.
To add additional articles (each site comes with 7 unique not PLR articles) login and pull up a template and place your article. The only html you need is to use p tags for your paragraphs.
Want to add additional products and recommendations for your niche? Oh by the way they come with Amazon built in for you. Again login and place your banner or text link code in the recommendations section - you are done.
Almost no effort needed to make your site grow.
The effort that will be needed is to promote your site and haven’t seen anyone that can do that for you. They will however give you a blog for each site and the hosting for it.

If you are looking for the simplest way to build quality Adsense websites that are unique this is it. Google loves unique sites and catches the generated sites all too quickly.
