Bureaucratic BS
Well I need two new windows. One of the things I have is a triplex that I live in.
Unfortunately in this area it is a bit depressed and if you are going to rent apartments you need to deal with the housing authority as the vast majority of the tenant pool gets subsidized rents.
Well to make what could easily become a rant about the bureaucrats that I end up dealing with I need to get two windows replaced.
The bottom line is I now need $700 quickly that wasn’t budgeted for.
One of the things I like about the program that Andy Duncan and Steve Roye have called I Need Cash Now is that this won’t be a problem.

They show you how to easily create cash now. Using one of these methods I will generate $1000-$2000 extra by next week.
The last time I needed this I used this method and generated more than the $700 easily in a week. See whenever something unexpected happens I can go back and reapply the techniques and add a bit extra into the budget very quickly.
What I really like about this is that each and every method is actionable quickly.
Now you do need to actually apply these methods and it does take just a bit of that 4 letter w word. (WORK)
But…
Follow the steps and you can generate extra cash very quickly.
