It really speaks to not letting something go that you thought was going to be good. Maybe want at dropping it sooner next time around. It can be tough to let go. I have to look at things from the business side though. Is this a business or a hobby.

Have been trying te set some target numbers on subscriber generations. Not easy when there is track record yet. Also I noticed during the last month that you need to take into account the quality of the new subscriber. Subscribers coming in through capture pages on my websites are more valuable then those obtained through giveaways. I will set some goals and measure the results like you suggest.
