Outline together for year end planning

  • Sharebar

Been interesting reading the comments on what you would like for New Year’s planning. Some are surprising and some were expected.

Here are some of the things that were posted that were suggested.

  • List building specifics
  • Expected results on affiliate promotion
  • How to piece the parts together
  • Avoiding bright shiny objects
  • Lay out a plan

Compare that to what I had on my initial list.

  • What is your business
  • Defining what it is
  • How did you do this year
  • What worked well
  • What didn’t work
  • How are you going to improve
  • Where do I want to be
  • What has to happen to get me there
  • What are my yearly, quarterly and monthly goals
  • What do I need to do each week to accomplish that

Some of those match and others are impossible because each person is unique. What I expect to add to my list for example would not be realistic for someone starting and may be way to low for someone else.

I will try and add in each of the suggestions to the point that it is possible and have the outline so I will be starting with it tomorrow.

Starting topic will be – What is your business?

More tomorrow.

    Good morning, Mike.

Thanks for clarifying what I just read on one of your previous posts.

Looking at your initial list, it looks like you’re talking about a business management plan instead of the marketing plan I originally assumed.

At this point, I don’t really have anything to add to your list. It looks good.

I’m looking forward to reading what you have to say about this.

    Act on your dream!

    Mike,

Good List. If you cover all of that we will all
be able to see better how to accomplish our goals.
I look forward to your insight into a plan that will
help in planning and then in reaching.

    Thanks,

    Lonnie
