I have never invested in the necessary hardware or software. 2. I am still of the old school and prefer a manuscript to read. When I get an offer for a video set for a great new product, I always check to see if there are transcripts for the videos. For me video is great for "how to" stuff, but for the rest I still prefer a written document. But I have seen the trend an know that it is the wave of the future so maybe 2009 will be my year for video. Another aspect of video that I do not like is going to a website and immediately a video starts up. I may be doing something or listening to soft music and the video starts up. To me this is almost like spam. These two of your uses of video to me are ideal reason to use video screen capture to show step by step how to do something power point presentations for training Still I guess I need to start looking at how to use video and start using it more.
