Even though webinars are interactive they do come to an end and that's it. With a video I can always go back to it anytime after and also if I miss something or didn't get a point made i can always rewind or do whatever I want with the video. Its like looking over someones shoulder. And I do like the option of having the recording made available. I personally also like the transcripts made available as well because it allows me to take notes while listening to the audio and gives me a reference with notes in place with the topic. I can't count the number of times that I have taken notes on something only to come back later and have it not make any sense, since the original content is not there to jog my memory.
