What are you reading?
Just got a notice that my Amazon order just shipped. I have been lazy with my business reading over the holidays but it is time to get back to educating myself.
Unfortunately most marketers are ready to promte the online ebooks. Some of my best ideas have come from regular books. Amazon is usally a monthly stop for 4 or so books each month.
This time I ordered the following:
The 4 Hour Work Week – Tim Ferris
Think two Products Ahead – Dr. Ben Mack
Simpleology – Mark Joyner
The Dip – Seth Godin
Meatball Sundae – Seth Godin
Thats my list for the next couple weeks what are you reading?
Leave a comment and let me know. Even though these haven’t arrived yet I am already working on my next purchase and would love to know your favorites and why.
Look for some reviews a I go through these.

Tim Ferris’s 4 hour work week is an excellent book!
I’ve got Simpleology sat on my shelf right now, not had chance to read it yet though…
will be interested in hearing what you think of Seth Godin’s books, not read any of his stuff, yet…

oh, one other thing, have you read Robert Caldiani’s “Influence, the Psychology of Persuasion”?
it is one of my fav books of all time..

Dang. Sorry, I’m on my laptop and tend to hit the wrong keys. Grrr…
I’m reading The Wizard of Ads right now by Roy H. Williams. Killer. Extremely psychological, which I love.
Also have Mark’s book, Simpleology. Great, of course.
And I’m reading Kevin Hogan’s The Psychology of Persuasion. He’s great. I don’t think I’ve ever met or heard anyone speak that I’ve enjoyed more. Do you get his Monday Morning Coffee with Kevin? I love that and wake up every Monday looking for it in my inbox.
But I’m reading some fiction, too… The Codex by Douglas Preston and The Bone Garden by Tess Gerritsen.
I read a lot.

Hi Mike,
After the internet marketers cruise last week,
I ordered Top Grading from recommendations.
It’s about finding the right talent to work
with in your company. It hasn’t arrived yet,
but that will be on my shelf very soon.

p.s. Great meeting with you Ben during the
cruise!
