Week in review January 5, 2008
Well the holidays are over and it is time to bring the week in review back. Things are a bit slow in the new launches but that will change quite quickly.
Here is what I liked this week.
Traffic Manifesto – Ross Goldberg added to what was already a great guide on traffic and made it even better. I hope to get Ross on the phone when he returns from his trip but if you are looking to create lots of traffic a great prodiuct. Check out his videos too as these are well worth it.
***Disclaimer – 2008 is the year of helping you focus – If you don’t have a niche and don’t have a place to send traffic then this is not for you.
Content Flip – From Louie Burleson – I met Louie in Philadelphia last year and have to say that he knows how to use PLR. If you have a bunch of PLR sitting on your hard drive as “digital dust” this is for you. Currently priced at $5 but going up 5 cents every 90 minutes. If you take action and use his tips to make something of the “digital dust” this could easily be the deal of the year for you. If you don’t have PLR sitting on your hard drive you can ignore this even at this low price.
WordPress Lessons is now open agian. Classes will start mid January and will probably close by next Friday if not before. Only for those serious about taking their blogging to the next level.
Updates
Hold up on MyCCBlog and if you have joined bear with us. We tested it and everything was working then something went bad (technical term I know
). It is causing trouble with the blog creation and I will have to add some of the blogs manually but will let you know once it is ready. (Did I say I hate waiting on programmers before on this blog?)
Replay of the monthly WordPress and blogging call is available. We had some great question this month and it is worth your effort to go check it out.
Steve Roye from The T-Profit System has been working with me on a new project. Currently we are adding some great content on getting your business started over on the blog at Amplification Marketing.
I had posted about it earlier this week but strongly recommend that if you are looking for some great content on getting your business started that you stop there and either add the feed to your reader or sign up for the update list. This information will help you.
Finally, The Mike and Erik Show is back after our holiday hiatus. (No it wasn’t the writer’s strike for us just a break over the holidays.)
Let’s make this your best year online ever.
Mike Paetzold

I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for your next “week in review” post. I specifically like your disclaimers. Not every product is for everyone and this little time saving feature is appreciated.
Oh, and there’s a typo in the “traffic manifesto” post,(unless you speak to people on a phine, in which case please give us the heads up on this new technology.)
You also forgot to close a tag in your amplification marketing link.
Enjoyed the post though and I will be back for more.
