Traffic Era – A good idea gone wrong?
I started my business using traffic exchanges and have and still do use them regularly.
Logiscape brought new ideas to the forefront when they launched TS25 a few years ago. It totally revitalized the activity in the traffic exchange arena and they followed that up with Traffic Pods. This was a huge launch primarily built on the coat tails of TS 25. TS 25 was so responsive that anyone that was involved in the traffic exchanges at that time was waiting with bated breath for the launch.
Quite truthfully I thought the same would happen with Traffic Era. Now I don’t use traffic exchanges to the extent that I used to but I still have been watching the build up to this launch. Logiscape did their usual great job of creating the anticipation but then they pulled the trigger and fired a blank.
Now on Sunday I signed up ready to gran their upgrade and buy some credits. If the launch was anything like TS 25 and Traffic Pods this would be a really great place to get subscribers for the next few months and their would be a huge influx of activity. Should have been a huge launch for them despite not using JV partners or offering commissions. NOT!
It started when I signed up and couldn’t spend a dime. What??? All this anticipation for two months and an announced launch date and you couldn’t use it? Sorry, Logiscape you lost me there.
Then I went through their members area. Way too many options and I couldn’t do the primary thing that a traffic exchange is for – get my page seen.
Oh there is a blog but you can’t use it for your own links to create back links – WORTHLESS.
A forum that the spammers hit immediately – NO THANKS.
Then they were going to allow you to upgrade but oh no that got postponed. Yes and you want the upgrade before I can get what a traffic exchange is supposed to deliver – traffic. NO THANKS AGAIN.
Sorry Logiscape you have lost your good will with me. Your customer service has been adequate at best but you did at least give results. Well, Traffic Era has been a flop that way. You lost someone that was looking forward to your launch with money in hand to be spent and disappointed me.
The funny thing is that I know you spent a lot of time and money creating this but once again you disappoinrted your customers.
Wish you well but this will not be a place that will get my business at this time. An organization as large as you are and with the great job you have done on previous launches leaves me disapponted that you could so mishandle something that I know you guys know how to do.
Just an Old Bald Guy’s opinon.

My thought s on how Logiscape blew the launch…
Another case of a big business not producting the goods for the little guy. Its seems in my humble opinion that its the one man traffic exchanges owners who give great customer service that deserve our advertizing bucks and loyalty!
