		<description>Most of the method that have been tested and have been proven to work have been around for a long time.  Some people just don&#039;t have the desire to execute it.

Even if you showed it to them step by step, they will continue to fail simply because the motivation is not there.

My problem is not traffic related but getting something done exactly the way I want it and once it&#039;s done there&#039;s something else technical that it needs fixing and not sure how to do it and drives me insane.
