Follow up is the key
The bad news is that most people won’t buy even with the best sales letter on the first visit. This is the reason you hear people always talk about the money being in the list.
If you can continue to follow up and get people to visit a sales letter more than once your odds increase significantly that they will buy the product. Especially if you have helped to explain exactly how the product can help them.
In addition you get the opportunity to build the relationship with this person.
All of that is true yet quite a few will never start building a list. The reasons can be many.
Don’t know how to put up a page.
Autoresponder is too complicated.
Not sure what to write if you did build a list.
Any of those ring a bell with you? That is why you see those that kill it with Clickbank and those that think Clickbank is a scam. The winners know how to follow up and write compelling emails.
That changes on August 4th with the launch of Clickbank Pirate.
Cindy and Soren have put together a complete follow up for you for a variety of Clickbank products. All you need to do is send traffic and they will do the rest on auto pilot for you.
Go see the video at Clickbank Pirate right now, then sign up for the pre-launch list. This will allow you to eliminate the hurdles above and they will even help you generate the traffic.

That is so true and I am proof. I often just scan an offer or an email the first time I see it. If I get the email a second time it tweaks my memory and curiousity. The 3rd time I actually take the time to read through the sales letter.
I’m looking forward to the launch of Clickbank Pirate. From what I can see it will be very useful in getting more sales on autopilot.

Agreed. Some say it takes 7 exposures, and while it will vary with the product, these days anyone online know they get hit with tons of products on a regular basis. As such we all put up some sort of defense to keep from buying everything that comes our way. A good product may need to be mulled over in our subconcious and then brought to the forefront before we make a buying decision.

In the offline world, the Direct Marketing Association has long preached that it takes 7-10 exposures to a product to trigger the buying decision in the majority of the population. Since Internet marketing is really just direct-response advertising gone digital, it standds to reason the same would hold true online.

Fantastic! An automated way to follow-up is what I think everyone needs, as you then just have to focus on driving the traffic.

I agree, followup is important. It seems that people need to hear about something a few times before that take the jump. So followup is important and as you stated, it also give you a chance to start the relationship process that will pay dividends in the future as you promote something else.

Yes, following up is the key to a good marketing campaign.
I am definitely looking forward to see what Cindy and Soren have put together. The suspense is killing me.
But I guess that’s the point.

Thanks Mike!
I think follow up is a key for any online business. We have a lot less options to help a customer to make the “right decision” as we see it so follow up is of tremendous importance
