Do you use UStream and is it worthwhile for you?
I would really like some input here from my readers. I am seeing more and more people effectively use new formats to bond with people.
One of the biggest that I see is Ustream.
For just a couple examples on Ustream Rich Shefren went 27 hours live during his recent launch and the last 3 hours were because he said he would keep going as long as 1000 people were still watching just answering questions.
A good friend of mine Alan Bechtold does a bi weekly show Breakfast With Alan that shows you just how much you can do with this format. He cuts back and forth between taped and live segments which makes it quite entertaining. Definitely recommend you check out his show and the replays.
Of course Alan does his breakfast show at 7 pm but you would need to know Alan to understand that. His show will be tonight and I am looking forward to it.
There are quite a few others but the question I ask is two fold.
Are you using this format? (If yes how is it working)
Do you like to attend these types of events?
Looking seriously at using this but really need your input.

I haven’t tried broadcasting with Ustream yet but I do enjoy watching the broadcasts.
Michael Cheney is another marketer who has been using it a lot over the last year. I watched his Golden Thread launch along with over 500 other viewers on Ustream.
I think it’s a great service that will soon become as popular as YouTube – no doubt Google will be offering something very similar soon!
