It was the preview of the new Stomping the search engines 2.

Now I have not promoted Stomper products before despite the quality and the kudos I hear from friends that have used their products.

Why?

Because I haven’t reviewed them. This time I got a preview copy so I will see what the hullabaloo is and let you know. If I disappear tomorrow you will know what I am doing

He explains in his down home fashion the total process step by step. There is information for someone who started today and some for experienced marketers too. Definitely worth the time I spent and I can’t say that for all calls I listen to.

I know that he is going to have one more as a bonus for purchases of his Promo Dashboard so if you have been thinking about it you should grab it now before the call offer expires.

So been extremely busy catching up all week but did take Friday night off to go watch my great nephew race his go cart. Was good to get away and do something new. You can see how things go for Josh at JHN Motor Sports. Now to teach my niece how to blog properly

One of the projects I did get finished this week was a new blog - Three Turtle Marketing. I have added a previous post from here there as I am using that new blog for when I use what is happening with my three turtles that teaches me marketing lessons. I will also be adding various lessons there and the first is “How to use PLR properly to generate profits and traffic”.

I continue to be extremely impressed and am making powerful changes in my promotion strategy and seeing instant results from Marlon Sander’s Promotion Dashboard. This is a great tool you really need in your arsenal.

Well about 8am this morning the awaited email hit my email box and before 9am I was a proud owner of Promo Dashboard. (And it was much less than I expected) Spent the next hour plus just going through it quickly.

Needless to say I have not been disappointed in it. Like all of Marlon’s dashboards it has an easy step by step interface but here is the thing -

Whether or not you are brand new or have been doing this for a while you will find tips and ways to improve your response.

First after going through it I don’t find any step missing and great tips from Marlon on the marketing process. If you are brand new this will save you tons of time and frustration in getting your marketing funnel set up.

If you have been having some success this will show you ways to improve your process. That includes

• Targeting your market (probably the most important step)
• Creating your offer
• Then he goes through all of the various technical items like - creating your squeeze page, setting up your autoresponder,and getting your pages online
• Last but certainly not least and the part I will be using the most is the promotion section and ways to improve your promotion

This like all of Marlon’s products I own and have reviewed gets my highest recommendation and at the price it is an absolute no-brainer.

If you were to start from scratch with NO list, NO JV partners in your niche, and all you have is $100 capital, what would you do to start making sales for your niche membership site within just 15 days?”

My first step would be to open Free Mind and chart my course by mapping out what I need to accomplish.

The budget

1. Autoresponder - Aweber would be my choice and would cost about $20
2. Domain - Can be purchased for $10 or less
3. Hosting - Zoot Host you can get plenty for less than $10 a month
4. Article Writing - 5 articles at $10 each (you can pay more or less but that is what I normally pay except for very specialized topics)
5. Article Submission - Isnare will cost you $10 for 5 article submissions

The process

Keyword research - Finding the right keywords is the key to profitability and recommend that you check out the 30 Day Challenge for some of the best free training available.

Give away idea - Would use an e-course only because of the budget and time frame. Normally I would create an e-book, audio or video for this with a quality graphic but not with this time frame and budget.

Order articles - This would be based on the keyword research and the topic that would be used for my giveaway e-course. Will be reusing content extensively on this project (and I usually do reuse the content.)

Set up Hosting and get a domain name - Now that I have the keyword research from which I expect to get my traffic I would use a keyword rich domain name and get it set up.

Create squeeze page and set up may autoresponder - Will use the articles as a base for my autoresponder series. If you are not familiar and comfortable with HTML would go get a free web site editor.

Submit my articles - Use Isnare to submit the 5 articles to the various directories with a signature file leading back to my squeeze page.

Set up a Wordpress blog on the domain - This will be in a folder behind the squeeze page and the folder will be named for my main keyword from my research. Use the content from rewriting the articles in smaller pieces to create 15 blog posts targeting my main keywords with each post. Add a slide in from my autoresponder account that will show on each post to give away my e-course.

Create the traffic net - Use the article content to create 3-5 Squidoo lenses, Hub Pages and Wet Paint Wiki for my top keywords. Add the RSS feed of my main blog to each of these.

Create a WordPress.com and a Blogger blog for a quick back link to the new blog. If you have sufficient time you can rewrite some of the articles to add a couple other posts that will link to your squeeze page.

You can also start a bookmarking campaign to all parts of the traffic net and the article sites that your article shows up on.

This is a grerat time to get things ready for the “upsurge” when the people come back in September. I purposely put that in quotes because I really don’t see a downturn in the summer. Part of that is that this is a world wide market. Part of it is if you keep working you keep making.

It certainly hasn’t slowed down the various launches this summer and looking at the various JV notification lists that isn’t changing this month.

The good part of the launch frenzy is that there is a lot of good free content out there for you this week.

First on the list are some great videos about Squeeze Pages from James Grandstaff. There are 3 great videos there and he has more info coming. Squeeze pages are the key to building a sustainable business and something that is a stumbling block for a lot of people.

Marlon Sanders has a great video and a great podcast available on product promotion. You also get a chance to win $300 by commenting on Marlon’s blog. Marlon is one of the best promoters I have seen and has been doing it for years. You want to check these out.

Yesterday the 30 Day Challenge began and again there is a lot of good free information there for you. There are no promos during the 30 days and the quality of information is always excellent.
