Mey Mike, Mistakes do happen. I had a customer once that we really messed up on and I immediatly went to visit her to give her the bad news. I'll never forget that meeting. Her response was "it's not the mistakes that matter but how you handle those mistskes that can make you a star." The information in the call was excellent as usual and you and Steve are stars because of the way you immediately rectified the problem by giving us the recording of the last 15 minutes of the call. Your very right, we can’t let little things like this stop us from just doing it. Yes we will stumble, but if we learn from it and move on, that’s probably an even better thing than not stumbling and learning in the first place.

Even without the extra 15 minutes it still was a power packed call which I am sure everyone enjoyed. I know I did. Great recovery Mike,

And just goes to prove the fact that you should always have a backup plan in place.

I did go ahead and listen to the last 15 minutes of the call since I was unable to make the live call and the content on the last 15 minutes was substantial.

Can’t wait to get my copy of the recording and transcripts so I can listen to the whole thing.
