When you are following a lot on twitter it can be hard to follow any single thread of information and can quickly become a lot of noise. I see Buzz can quickly become the same just on its own, so adding a lot of twitter noise and you reduce the usefulness such that yes the noise overcomes any useful conversations going. Totally agree that twitter is for one thing and Buzz is something else. I much better like the conversations I can read in Buzz, great for making comments, could be a great tool to help drive traffic to sites when used effectively. More so than twitter as the conversations in buzz would already show you as someone of knowledge in the niche. Feeding a busy twitter feed into it may loose a potentially good conversation in the noise.
