The dog days of summer are almost done.  Soon everybody will stop complaining about how slow things have been.  Business will pick up with the arrival of Labor Day in the U.S.  Are you ready?

Have you taken the time to set up all the little things that will mean the difference between success and failure once September arrives?

Have you gotten the basics for your funnel set up?

The funnel is a simple thing that successful marketers embrace and unsuccessful marketers ignore.  You need a low cost way to bring in people to your circle of influence.  There you can build the relationship. Then and only then are you likely to sell your higher cost (bigger profit) items.

Take the time to write out how your funnel will be set up for the fall.

Decide what you are going to use at all points in your funnel.

Below are 3 things that you should have in place before the weather turns.

Set up your autoresponder and tweak them to help you bring people through the funnel that you have set up. Check that all the links in the email series are working.  Test, test and test some more.

Pick out the products that you want to promote.  Set up a full sales process for them while you have the time. Create the special report that you will use for a lead in.  Create your squeeze page to give away your special report. Have the autoresponder loaded for follow up. 

Set up your split testing process for your squeeze pages.  Find out which one works best. Keep testing it to improve it. 

Set the process up now while you have the time.Take advantage of this time and profit from it when the tide turns.  You will be ready and will leverage your efforts now many times over.
