First you need to set up a lead generation system. This will include…

• A three page web site to get them on a list and monetizing the process
• A follow up email series to pre-sell whatever you are promoting

Now that may seem doable but when you now have to learn how to do it. That means you now need to understand how to use HTML, deal with a hosting account and how to use and set up your autoresponder.

Is it any surprise that the average new marketer even though they know this is the way to do it decide to just send traffic to the sales page and avoid the frustration and learning curve. (Of course that leads to a different frustration )
