Mike, this really looks like a good product to add it ones set of utilities. I have never used a Cloaker before. But your review makes me think that it is time to take a closer look. PLC looks like a great tool, Mike! Soren & Cindy's last release, ClickBank Pirate, was excellent, and I still promote it and make money using it to this day, so this should be no less spectacular.
